Make a call log entry ready to dial
Although the incoming call log entries have 10 digits (the area code plus
the seven-digit number), in some areas, you may only need to dial the seven
digits, 1 plus the seven digits, or 1 plus the area code plus the seven digits.
You can change and store the number of digits that you dial in the call log.
While reviewing the call log, press the pound key (#)
repeatedly on the telephone base to show different
dialing options for local and long distance numbers
before dialing or saving the telephone number in the
directory.
Dial a call log entry
When in the call log, press or to browse the number you wish to call.
Lift the handset or press SPEAKER.
-OR-
To override automatic line selection, press LINE 1-LINE 4 for the desired
line, then lift the handset.

Delete a caller ID entry:
When in the call log, press or to browse to the
number you wish to delete.
Press REMOVE to delete the shown entry from the caller
ID information.
Delete all caller ID entries:
When the telephone is idle, press CALL LOG.
-OR-
When the telephone is idle, press MENU/ENTER. Press
or to scroll to Call log. Press MENU/ENTER.
2. Press REMOVE. The screen displays Delete all calls?
Press SKIP to clear the caller ID information of all
entries, or press REP to exit and leave all entries in the
caller ID information intact.
3. To exit without making changes, press EXIT.
