Chapter 5 Basic operation
5.1 Preparation before starting up
5.1.1 Environmental requirements
The temperature is controlled between 20
o
C and 30
o
C, and the humidity is controlled at 55% to 70%
RH.55%70%RH.
5.1.2 Site requirementsh
The workplace must be clean and free of dust, smoking and fireworks are strictly prohibited; the
environment is clean and tidy.
Caution: Do not use the printer in an environment other than the recommended temperature and
humidity, which may cause serious head plugging. Please turn on the air conditioner and humidifier in time to
adjust the ambient temperature and humidity.
5.1.3 Preparation before starting
Turn on the main powerTurn on the main switch that connects the power of the machine.
5.1.4 Machine check before starting
1) Check hygiene: Keep the machine and the surrounding area clean and tidy.
(2) Inspection environment: temperature 20 ° C ~ 30 ° C, humidity 55% ~ 70% RH.
(3) Check the gas source: discharge air and air in the air compressor, gas storage tank, and air supply pipe;
check whether the air pressure is required (0.58MPa).
(3) Check the suction platform: Make sure that there is no foreign matter on the surface of the suction
platform.
(4) Check the ink: Check the amount of ink in the main ink cartridge, add ink in time, be careful to
prevent the ink from being empty, causing the nozzle to break the ink.
Note: Please check the shelf life of the ink first, seal it for 3 months after opening, and record the date and
batch number of the ink.
(5) Check the waste ink: Check the waste ink tank and the waste ink tank of the nozzle cleaning position
and the moisturizing position without clogging, and dump the waste ink in time.
5.2 Starting operation
5.2.1 Turn on the machine
(1) Before starting the machine, please confirm whether it meets the power-on requirements; if it meets
the power-on requirements, perform the following process.
(2) Click the green power button on the printer to connect the device to the power source.
