Product Installation and Assembly

Electrical Connection

Upstream Connection

Use a 3mm minimum contact opening, 2.5A bi-polar circuit breaker and 30mA differential circuit breaker for protection.

Electrical Connection of the Product

Connect to 230 VAC supply. The Duolix MAX is Class I and must be earthed. Use 1.5mm² dual-insulation cable.

Setting Up the Duolix MAX

Linking Procedure with the Duolix Max Unit

Move control towards unit. A successful link shows 'OK'. If not, follow power-off/on procedure.

Configuring the Product According to the Installation

Access installer menu by pressing left/right arrows. First pages are important for house settings.

Adjusting the Flows

Manages optimum flow for energy saving and regulatory compliance. Adjusts extraction and air flow based on house configuration.

Adjusting the Imbalance

Use navigation arrows to modify imbalance. Left arrow reduces injection flow, right arrow increases it.

Adjusting the Night Cooling Flow

Use navigation keys to increase or reduce desired flow value during night cooling activation.

Defining the Thresholds for the Ground-connected Heat Exchangers

Control ground-connected heat exchanger valve. Supply fresh air from exchanger when external air is <5°C or >25°C.

End of Configuration

Validate configuration ('End') or initialise ('Init') to return to factory settings. Save or reset parameters.

Control a valve for a ground-connected heat exchanger. Supply fresh air from exchanger when external air is <5°C or >25°C.

Maintenance of the Duolix MAX Unit by Qualified Personnel

Switch off power. Remove fascia, unscrew screws, remove and clean exchanger. Clean condensation basin and fan turbines.
