6 Debugging USB Devices
AudioCodes provides several USB debug utilities for debugging USB devices.
If the 3G/4G USB modem fails to connect to the MSBR, the following information needs to
be provided:

6.1 Providing USB Hardware Information
Run the “show system assembly” command to display USB hardware information.
