Troubleshooting
Please refer to the troubleshooting issues below:
Issue Reason Remedy
Fails to turn on
The fuse is burnt out
Replace the fuse with the
same value
There is abnormality
within the MPU
Disconnect power from
unit to reset
All settings data is lost
after the ignition switch is
turned o󰀨
The vehicles battery or
fuse was replaced
Reset and save preferred
settings
Accessories and constant
power wires are swapped
Connect accessories &
constant power wires
correctly
Poor Reception
Weak signal or poor
antenna grounding
Check that the antenna is
well grounded (earthed)
Vehicle has an amplied
antenna system
Find the antenna power
wire in the factory loom
and connect to 12V
accessories
No image
There is abnormality with
the MPU
Disconnect power from
unit to reset
Fail to watch the video
while driving
Watching video is not
allowed during driving.
