Dometic refrigerator (10.5 S)
The refrigerator is an absorber refrigerator and is
designed for operation:
With a DC power supply (12V)
On an AC power supply
With liquefied gas (propane or butane)
The refrigerator has an automatic operating mode
that selects the most economical type of energy
connected. The refrigerator unit operates silently.
Operating and display elements
The LED display features the following operating and
display elements:
Operating the refrigerator
Press the on/o button for two seconds and
the refrigerator will start with the most recent
settings.
Repeatedly press the energy selection button until
the LED indicates the desired operating mode.
Repeatedly press the temperature selection
button until the desired temperature level is set.
Switching o the refrigerator
Press the on/o button for four seconds and the
refrigerator will make a ‘beep’ sound and switch o.
Tank stop mode
If the vehicle’s ignition is switched o, the refrigerator
will switch to tank stop mode for safety reasons.
This blocks gas operation for fifteen minutes. The
refrigerator then automatically switches back to the
standard automatic mode. In tank stop mode the
LED flashes.
Warning: Turn o the refrigerator or select a dierent
operating mode if refuelling takes longer than fifteen minutes.
Setting the cooling capacity
To set the cooling capacity press the button until the
desired temperature setting is selected.
Please note: For ambient temperatures +15°C to
+25°C, select the average cooling capacity.
Using the refrigerator door
The refrigerator door or freezer compartment door
can completely detach from the device if used
incorrectly. Do not lean on the open refrigerator door.
To close the door, press the door shut until you clearly
hear it click at the top and bottom. The door is now
closed and secured.
Please note: If the door is not secured correctly
on the opposite side, carefully push on the top and
bottom of the door on that side until it is secured in
place.
