Starting the Installation
Complete the procedure below to install the new DEFINITY Network Management
product on the Windows NT/Windows 2000 network server.
1 Start the installation in any of the following ways:
• From CD-ROM autorun menu
• From My Computer > CD-ROM > DNM > setup.exe
• From Start > Run > enter your CD-ROM Drive:\DNM\setup.exe
2 Welcome Screen
Click Next
3 Select Components Screen
The DNM software requires all four listed components to be installed. Those
components that need to be installed at this time are already checked. Any
components which are not checked have already been installed and do not need to be
installed now. You can force a component to be re-installed by manually checking the
desired component.
