Use the command change ip-network-region 2 to specify the IP codec set to be used for
network region 2 and the IP codec set used between network region 1 and region 2. Page 1 of 19
shows that codec set 2 is used for network region 2.

The bandwidth usage is based on the packet size and codec selection. Avaya supports IP Call
Admission Control via Bandwidth Limits (CAC-BL). Codec set 2 is used for calls between
regions 2 and 1.
