Web Collaboration (WCS): Yes*/No
If the desktop sharing is partial the received image (up to 1080p only*) is scaled by XT, and its
aspect ratio is preserved according to the preference in
Configuration>Advanced>Presentation>Keep Aspect Ratio.
If the desktop sharing resolution is higher in 1920x1080 (as width or height) the sharing is not
scaled, but it can be panned by using the arrows as when controlling the near camera. The
collaboration content will be panned or titled in place of the camera when it is displayed in the
major window on any monitor. To pan the camera, change layout by holding layouts (simplified
remote control) or pressing layouts (advanced remote control).
Statistics for Web collaboration content are limited to coding (WCS), resolution and frame rate.
Frame rate is measured in terms of “logical” frames received or sent in a second. A logical frame
can be a full frame or a set of blocks which encodes the differences respect to the previous received
or sent frame. When nothing changes in the frame no traffic is generated, thus reducing bandwidth
requirements.

Important
Web Collaboration provides superb definition of shared content in terms of sharpness and
readability, so it should be preferred for static document sharing (static presentations, rich
text documents, spreadsheets, data charts, web pages…), while standard H.239/BFCP is
better suited when sharing or receiving live/dynamic content (videos, animated
presentations).
When Web Collaboration is enabled, gallery layout preference is ignored.
You cannot annotate a shared content with XT in this build.
You cannot share just a portion of the screen from XT.
Web Collaboration is not supported in audio only calls. You cannot send or receive
presentations (H.239/BFCP/WCS) in audio only calls.
When receiving a Web Collaboration sharing, only a maximum frame of 1920x1080
(1080p) is scaled by XT. Exceeding content is available by panning. If you are receiving a
presentation with content higher than 1080p you can pan the presentation using the
arrows as when controlling your near camera (until the presentation is shown on a major
window).
Web Collaboration is not supported on XT devices with CPU lower than 2.0
