Important
Recorded Files saved on the AESR can be retrieved and played back by their owner
only through the Avaya Conferencing Portal.
If the Avaya Conferencing Portal is not available in your deployment, you need a
direct access to the AESR server to retrieve the saved file.
Important
If the Owner name and the Organization/Tenant ID are not correct, the FTP transfer
can succeed but then the file is not imported correctly info AESR.
Upload Videos to USB Storage for Playback
In this release it is possible to configure XT to enable video uploads from the Web interface to the
local USB storage plugged to XT for recording.
In this way you can upload your own files and play them on XT.
To enable this feature, browse to
[GUI] > CONFIGURE > ADVANCED > UTILITIES > RECORDING
Upload Video: Yes/No*. Select Yes to enable the uploading of your video to the local USB
storage plugged into the XT using the Web interface. For security reasons, this option is not
available from the Web interface itself.
