4. In the Address field, enter the fully qualified hostname or IP address of the
gateway example: itel2.iteluk.com.
Note: If SRV records are not being used for DNS resolution, then the Fully
Qualified Domain Name is required e.g. scsitel3.iteluk.com. If SRV records are
being used then only the domain name is required e.g. iteluk.com.
5. From the Location drop down box, select a „location‟. A location can be
defined to restrict the gateway for access by specific SCS users. If the
gateway is not to be restricted, select All. Please refer to the Defining a
Gateway Location section of the Device Configuration - Gateways guide
for further details.
