Required Information
The following questions should be considered for the successful installation and
configuration of the AG 2330:
Which line modules will be used with the gateway – FXO. T1 / E1, PRI,
BRI?
Will FXS modules be used to add analogue phone devices to the system?
What is the Fully Qualified Domain Name of the SCS?
What is the IP address of the SCS?
Are SRV Records in use for DNS resolution?
o If not, the fully qualified domain name will be required. For example,
scsitel2.iteluk.com
o If SRV records are in use, only the domain name is required. For
example, iteluk.com
Will the gateway be assigned to a location, to restrict its access to specific
SCS users?
