Connecting FRITZ!Box to the LAN Port
22 FRITZ!Box – 2 Starting FRITZ!Box Operation
Connecting FRITZ!Box to a computer’s network adapter
If FRITZ!Box is connected correctly, the “LAN” LED on
the device will be lit up.
FRITZ!Box is now connected and ready for operation.
No additional driver installation is necessary on the
computer.
If you would like to connect a computer to the second LAN
port as well, another straight network cable is required (not
included with delivery).
You can only connect to the Internet if Internet access is con-
figured on the computer. See the section ”Online with
FRITZ!Box“ from page 24 for information about how to config-
ure an Internet connection.
