5.4 Removing the FRITZ!DSL Software
Removing FRITZ!DSL in Windows XP
Proceed as follows to remove the FRITZ!DSL software pack-
age in Windows XP:
1. Open “start / Control Panel / Add or Remove Pro-
grams”. Make sure that the “Change or Remove Pro-
grams” button is selected in the column to the left.
2. Select the “AVM FRITZ!DSL” entry from the list of “Cur-
rently installed programs”.
3. Click the “Change/Remove” button.
This concludes the removal of FRITZ!DSL.
Uninstallation FRITZ!DSL in Windows Me and 98
Proceed as follows to remove the FRITZ!DSL software pack-
age:
1. Open “Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add/Remove
Programs”.
2. Select the “AVM FRITZ!DSL” entry from the list of “Cur-
rently installed programs”.
3. Click the “Add/Remove...” button.
Rebooting the computer concludes the uninstallation of
FRITZ!DSL.
Removing FRITZ!DSL in Windows 2000
Proceed as follows to remove the FRITZ!DSL software pack-
age in Windows 2000:
1. Open “Start / Settings / Control Panel / Add/Remove
Programs”. Make sure that the “Change or Remove Pro-
grams” button is selected in the column to the left.
2. Select the “AVM FRITZ!DSL” entry from the list of “Cur-
rently installed programs”.
3. Click the “Change/Remove” button.
