Support
AVM provides numerous sources of information to assist you
if any questions or problems arise. Here you will find the im-
portant information you need, in the form of manuals, up-
dates and support.
In many cases problems which arise during operation can be
resolved by installing the current Microsoft Service Pack for
your operating system. The current service pack can be ob-
tained directly from Microsoft.

To take advantage of all commands and features of your

FRITZ!Box includes comprehensive documentation in a vari-
ety of formats:
! FRITZ!Box
The Installation Manual is included in the FRITZ!Box
package. It contains information about installation and
starting operation of FRITZ!Box.
! The FRITZ!Box User’s Manual
The FRITZ!Box User’s Manual is provided as a PDF file.
The manual is included in the “Info” folder on the
FRITZ!Box CD.
Especially after a firmware update it is a good idea to
download an updated version of the user manual from
the Internet. New functions of the FRITZ!Box are docu-
mented in an up-to-date user manual.
