1.Punchouttheprotectivepadsandstickthemunderthevideoencodertoprevent
scratchesonthesurfacewherethevideoencoderisplaced.
2.Placethevideoencoderagainstthewall,andmarkthefourmountingholes.
3.Drillthefourmountingholes.
4.Attachtheencodertothewallusingscrewsappropriatetothewallmaterial.
ConnectthecablesandinserttheSDmemorycard
1.ConnecttheencodertothenetworkusingashieldednetworkcableoranSFPmodule.If
usingPoEseenotebelow.
2.Optionallyconnectexternalinput/outputdevices,e.g.alarmdevices.Forinformationon
theterminalconnectorpins,seeConnectorsonpage16.
3.Optionallyconnectanactivespeakerand/orexternalmicrophone.
4.Connectthecamerastothevideoinputs.
5.IfpoweringtheunitwithACorDCinput,connectanexternalpowersupply.Seenote
