Thepixelcountercanbeused:
•Whensettingupavideostream,seeSetUpVideoStreamsonpage17.UnderPreview,clickOpenandselecttheShow
pixelcounteroptiontoenabletherectangleintheimage.Usethemousetomoveandresizetherectangle,orenterthe
numberofpixelsintheWidthandHeighteldsandclickApply.
•WhenaccessingtheLiveViewpageinInternetExplorerwithAXISMediaControl(AMC)inWindows.Right-clickinthe
imageandselectPixelcounter.Usethemousetomoveandresizetherectangle.

Thefollowingsettingsareavailable:
•Resolution.Selectthedefaultresolution.
•SelectAspectratiocorrectiontoimprovetheappearanceofimagesinthebrowserwhenthevideostreamhasadifferent
aspectratio.Pixelscomprisingtheimagearerearrangedsoastoprovideamoreaccuraterepresentationoftheimage.
•Compression.Thecompressionlevelaffectstheimagequality,bandwidthandlesizeofsavedimages;thelowerthe
compression,thehighertheimagequalitywithhigherbandwidthrequirementsandlargerlesizes.
•Mirrorimage.Ifrequired,theimagecanbemirrored.
•Rotateimage.Ifrequired,theimagecanberotated.
•Colorsetting.SelecteitherColororBlack&White.Black&WhiteuseslessbandwidththanColor.
