Code 10972: “player - reverted to standalone playback - master/slave sync is ig-
nored” (Warning)
Situation Solution
The communication between
the master and slave
projectors is broken. The
playback could not be
synchronized anymore. The
master player is playing in
standalone mode.
Restore the communication and reload the content on the master.
Code 10973: “p layer - no valid key found - cannot play” (Error)
Situation Solution
The play cannot start
becausetherearenovalid
key for at least one of the
encrypted clips.
Ingest a valid key for the encrypted CPL.
Code 10974: “player - key not found - selection failed” (Error)
Situation Solution
The selection in the player
failed because the requested
keyismissingonthelocal
storage.
Check the key is listed in the content browser. Delete the key and
ingest it again.
Code 10975: “player - key read error - selection failed” (Error)
Situation Solution
The selection in the player
failed because the system
failed to read the requested
key file.
Delete the corrupted key and ingest it again.
The selection in the player
failed because the system
failed to read information
for the requested key in the
database.
Restart the projector. If the problem persists, delete the key and ingest
it again. If the problem persists, escalate the issue incl
udingalog
package from the system.
Code 10976: “player - key not compliant with standard (SMPTE 430-1) - c annot
play” (Error)
Situation Solution
The play cannot start
because one key is not
compliant with SMPTE 430-1
standard.
Request a key that is SMPTE 430-1 compliant. More details can be
found in ths syslog.
