Baumer SA is not responsible for damages caused during the transport of its product. It is the buyer's
responsibility to check this at the time of delivery, recording any occurrence on the product receipt document,
immediately contacting the carrier and/or insurer in case of damage, and informing Baumer SA of the incident.
Baumer SA, through its service channels, can monitor the receipt and removal of its products from their original

National Health Legislation defines the need to carry out the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational
Qualification (OQ) of this equipment. These qualifications must be carried out by the equipment supplier or its
service channels, after installation and repeated annually or after major interventions on the equipment.
These services are normally negotiated with the buyer at the time of purchasing the equipment. If this did not
happen, please consult us about how to contract these services.
Also a Performance Qualification (QD), to validate the processes carried out by the equipment, with the
parameters defined by the user, is a requirement of health legislation. Baumer SA is available to perform this
service for its customers or monitor the completion of this qualification when carried out by third parties. Consult

Baumer SA and its service channels offer other services that can be contracted by users of our products, and
which guarantee an extension of the useful life and perfect functioning of this equipment, minimizing
