Drying cabinet
Model: EA-34-03
At the time of installation, this equipment must be transported to the designated location. The equipment is
packed in a wooden box with internal protection by a plastic coating to protect against dust, humidity and sea
air. The movement of packaged equipment must be done using suitable equipment such as a forklift or pallet
truck.
5.2. Infrastructure and environmental conditions
The infrastructure conditions are:
Exhaustion point;
Electrical supply at 220 or 380 Vac three-phase.

Some environmental conditions must be respected when installing the equipment:
Indoor use only;
Operating altitude: up to 2000 m;
Temperature: from 20 to 35 °C;
Maximum relative humidity 80% for temperatures up to 31 °C, decreasing linearly to 50% relative
humidity at 40 °C;
The environment must have air renewal (exchange);
The environment must be free of dust, fabric or fiber residues, and free of condensed vapors or heat
radiated by other equipment.
The environment must be clean. Floors and walls must be made of moisture-resistant and easy-to-clean
material.

6. Product Specification
Drying cabinet for post-washing use of tubes, hoses, metal instruments, glass, rubber, for use in hospitals,
laboratories and pharmaceutical industries.
Construction
Chamber, door and body in AISI-304 or 316 (optional) stainless steel with brushed finish. Equipment built in
double walls, the chamber has its upper and lower walls with openings for perfect circulation of hot air, so
that the air has a vertical laminar flow, with the purpose of circulating above, below and inside the materials
to be processed, obtaining perfect temperature homogeneity and rapid heating. Air circulation occurs through
a fan located at the top of the equipment. The internal chamber is entirely sealed, in order to avoid infiltration
of undesirable particles in the process, avoiding the risk of contamination inside it. The camera assembly is
mounted on a reinforced stainless steel profile structure. Equipment has a pre-filter and a HEPA filter with a
removal efficiency of 99.97% for particulates of 0.3 microns. The filters are located at the air inlet, can be
