Cycle
Cycle composed of controlled heating, with programmable time for up to 95 minutes.
Temperature
Heating is done by a group of stainless steel resistances, positioned at the top of the equipment. The
temperature control system is carried out by a flexible sensor, positioned in the circulation air suction duct.
Control is done through an electronic controller, allowing temperature programming between 60°C and 95°C,
with great precision.
Command
The equipment has an electronic controller with all functions already built-in, that is, it controls the
temperature according to the programmed value, with an accuracy of ± 2ºC. It also controls the cycle time
in minutes and seconds and the cooling time. At the end of the cycle time, the controller turns off the
equipment, triggering the audible alarm.
Observation: Cooling time is included in the cycle time.
The on and off switch can be used if necessary or to turn off the system. A warning lamp will be on while the
exhaust system engine is running.
Security
The equipment is equipped with a motor circuit breaker, which operates in case the motor is overloaded. A
mechanical thermostat protects the electrical circuit, thus preventing the resistances from remaining on and
consequently suffering damage. When restarted, the cycle returns to the beginning.
The operator will have options to keep the engine running for longer, until the temperature drops to values
below the threshold. Equipped with a general key for emergency cases and/or even turning off the system.
