12. SUM OF AMOUNTS (ACCUMULATION OF NOT WEIGHED PRODUCTS)
12.1. WITHOUT USING STORAGE (PLU)
• With no weight on the balance, the indicator of the weight to 0.000 kg , the user must then introduce the price and press the key
.
• Introduce now the quantity and press the key
to accumulate.
• Choose the type of VAT A, B or C ( see the section 31 to know how to introduce the types of VAT).
• Repeat, the procedure with as many products as you wish.
12.2. USING STORAGE (PLU)
• With no weight on the balance, the indicator of the weight to 0.000 kg , the user must then introduce the price and press the key

• Introduce now the quantity and press the key
to accumulate.
• Repeat the procedure with as many products as you wish.
NOTE: See section 22 to manage PLU
13. SUBTOTAL CUSTOMER’S ORDER, DISPLAY WITHOUT PRINTING
After doing the operation of accumulation, you can press the key
, the screen Euros is going to show the accumulated price at the
moment during 3 seconds.
14. TOTAL CUSTOMER’S PURCHASE
Once all the accumulations have been done, press the key
, the screen Euros is going to show the accumulated price at the moment
(SUB-TOTAL).
Once the SUB-TOTAL is shown, introduce the value of the price given by the customer to calculate the change and press the key
The window of Euros is going to show the amount of money to give to the customer. The ticket is going to be printer and the drawer is
also going to open if this action is activated. ( see section 32)
NOTE: If the option of change is disabled, when pressing the key
the ticket will be printed automatically.
Press the key
to go back to the weighing mode.
15. PAY OUT (OPERATIONS IN NEGATIVE)
15.1. WITHOUT USING MEMORIES PLU
WEIGHED ARTICLES: Place the weight on the platter, introduce the price, keep pressing the key
until the sign appears. Press
the key to accumulate and select the type of VAT which was used in the transaction that you wish to pay.
Repeat the procedure if you wish and calculate the total in the usual way ( see section 14) without introducing any value of the amount
received.
NOT WEIGHED ITEMS: Introduce the price, keep the key pressed for a long time until the sign- appears. Press the key
enter the amount. Press the key
to accumulate and select the type of VAT that has been applied in the transaction that you wish
to pay. Then press CE to disable the sign-. Repeat the procedure if you wish and calculate the total in the usual way ( see section 14)
without introducing any value of the price received.
15.2. USING THE MEMORIES PLU
ITEMS WEIGHED: Place the weight on the platter, select the PLU, keep the key
pressed until the sign – appears. Press the key
to accumulate. Repeat the procedure if you wish and calculate the total in the usual way ( see section 14), without introducing
any value of the price received.
