Problem Probable Cause Remedy
Monitor not
working.
Power down,
wait 5

power up

hole drilled into

driver can be
used to access
the power

Monitor shows “No
Signal”
Monitor HDMI cable unplugged from video card.

Monitor has nothing
at all on power up.

Ensure power is plugged into back
of monitor, down to power strip.
Replace monitor. (AAMO5503-WC)
Error on screen at
power up.
Re-Boot game to see
if problem still exists.
Display shows “Kernel panic
– unable to mount root”

Faulty or loose RAM, faulty

I/O Aux Board Issue
Game does not coin up,

Green power LED should be
flashing.
Red and Yellow LED’s should be

Faulty I/O Aux Board.
If it is off, then check 12 & 5 Volts DC coming
into board on cable AACE8014 from Power
Distribution Board.
If solid on, then it is not communicating with
the motherboard. Check A5CORD58 USB
cable. Swap cable with the light board.
If they are off, it is not communicating with the
motherboard. Check A5CORD58 USB cable.
Swap cable with the light board.
Replace I/O Aux board Replace if needed.
