How to troubleshoot no power on Bay-Tek AXE MASTER?
    • R
      Rebecca WarrenAug 16, 2025
If your Bay-Tek Arcade Game Machine has no power and no lights, check the following: * Ensure the game is plugged into a working wall outlet. * Reset the power strip breaker switch or building circuit breaker. * Replace the Line Filter (Part # A5FI9010). * Change the plug position or replace the power strip if a section does not work (Part # A5OU5000). Check the rocker switch on the power strip. * Refer to the wiring diagram and check connections, reseating cables from the line filter to the outlet strip (Cables # CE29003, CE29002, and CE29000). If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a special cord or assembly available from the manufacturer or its service agent.

What to do if the dollar bill acceptor is not working on Bay-Tek AXE MASTER?
    • E
      Elijah RiosAug 22, 2025
If the dollar bill acceptor on your Bay-Tek Arcade Game Machines is not functioning, consider the following: * Ensure the Bill Acceptor is set to “Always Enable”. * Important: Only a 12 Volt DC DBA should be installed (Model # AE 2454 U5E Part # A5AC9101). To troubleshoot: * The acceptor should cycle the stacker at game power up. If not, check cable connections. * Refer to “How to Clean Bill Acceptor” or clean with a bill reader cleaning card (A5CC9000). * Check the wiring from the bill acceptor to the I/O Aux Board (AACE29014). Repair or replace the wiring harness, ensuring wires are secure in connectors. * Refer to the troubleshooting section of the dollar bill acceptor manual included with the game or the diagnostics label on the back of the unit.

Why are tickets not dispensing correctly on my Bay-Tek AXE MASTER Arcade Game Machines?
    • V
      vjacksonAug 26, 2025
If tickets are not dispensing correctly on your Bay-Tek Arcade Game Machines because the tickets on the monitor do not match the tickets coming out of the game, try these steps: * Blow dust from the sensor and clean it with isopropyl alcohol. * Replace the dispenser with a working one to isolate the problem (A5TD1). * Flip the tickets and load them upside-down to have the large cut notch toward the opto sensor. * Check connectors from the ticket dispensers to the I/O Aux board and check for continuity using cables AACE29022 or AACE29023. * Swap the I/O Aux board with the other player side, making sure to change the dipswitch settings (Left side both off, Right side dip 1 is on, 2 is off). Replace the I/O Aux Board (Part # AACB9605-CBL).

What causes the monitor to be on but everything else off on Bay-Tek AXE MASTER Arcade Game Machines?
    • J
      Jennifer GuerreroAug 31, 2025
If the monitor is on but everything else is off on your Bay-Tek Arcade Game Machines, it could be due to: * The power supply being unplugged. * The rocker switch being off. * The power supply shutting down because of a 12 V overload. * A faulty power supply or a faulty Power Distribution Board. To resolve this: * Ensure the power supply is plugged into the power strip. * Make sure the rocker switch is set to ON. * See the power supply diagnostics to isolate the bad component. A bad motor or 12-volt short could cause this. * Replace the Power Distribution Board (AACB5156).

To address a Bay-Tek Arcade Game Machines that is not coining up: * Look for communication and power on the I/O Aux Board for that player. * Ensure the game makes a sound when the coin switch is triggered. * Check if the game is set to a large amount of credits per game. * If the Coin Input stays ON, refer to the “I/O Aux Board Issue” diagnostic section. * Check coin switches—both should be wired normally open. If one switch is “closed,” the other will not work either. * Check wiring to the I/O Aux Board (AACBL4A-DOORA, AACE29022 or AACE29023). * Check the Game Setup Menu to ensure Credits are set to the proper value. * Ensure only 5 volts are on the coin switch green and black wires. * The I/O Aux board may be faulty.
