W604 Panel Still Testing Attempt was made to save Final ID to an ID/Combination panel that has not reported Instrument
organism ID. Final ID cannot be selected/saved until instrument ID is obtained. Wait until the instrument
calculates ID before trying to select Final ID. Or, attempt was made to perform Read Light Source
operation with panels testing. Wait until all panels are complete before attempting operation.
W606 Cannot Modify Data for Finalized
Panel
Information for panel that has been finalized was recalled and modified. Changes to finalized panels
cannot be saved. Unfinalize panel by disabling Finalize. Make required changes and save information.
W607 Missing Date Attempt was made to save panel without panel lot number expiration date or without expiration dates for
other lot number fields IF other lot numbers have been entered. A valid panel lot number expiration date
must be entered for panels. If other lot number fields are completed, their corresponding expiration dates
must be entered.
W608 Improper Barcode Scan Barcode number scanned is too long for the current active field or is not correct type. Verify that the
correct barcode is being scanned for current active field.
W609 Database Full Attempt was made to log in new panel and 50 panels exist in instrument database with pending record
status, with no panels eligible for deletion. Pending panels should be placed in the instrument and
allowed to complete an inventory scan before attempting to log in any new panels.
W700 Invalid LIS Code Invalid LIS code was entered in Organism or Antimicrobial Configuration screen. Enter code up to 20
alphanumeric characters.
W701 Duplicate LIS Code Duplicate LIS code was entered in Organism or Antimicrobial Configuration screen. Enter a unique code.
W800 Panel Lot Undefined Attempt was made to log in a QC panel, but sequence number is not within the range of a defined/saved
Panel Lot. When QC Lot Support is enabled in Configuration, all QC panels must belong to a defined/
saved panel lot.
W801 Panel Lot Range Incomplete Attempt was made to save panel lot but one or both sequence number fields were blank. Starting and
ending sequence numbers can be scanned in any order, but both must be scanned.
W802 Panel Lot Range Invalid Attempt was made to save panel lot but the two panels scanned were different panel types. Both panels
must be the same type for any panel lot to be saved.
