Function Profile Description
22.XX
Light barrier 1
If the light barrier signals when travelling in the CLOSE direction (display: =Lb), the door is brought to
an immediate halt and reversed for 3 seconds (can be set using P.451).
If the beam of light is interrupted and then released again while the door is open or being opened, the
stay-open time begins a new count (only if reclosing is activated).
In order to achieve Category 2 according to EN 13849-1, testing is necessary using a switching out-
put and the "External testing" function.

Pull-in safety device
OPEN
If the pull-in safety device signals during travel, the error code E.341 appears and the door is
stopped. In the case of the OPEN pull-in safety device, travel in the OPEN direction is blocked. Travel
in the opposite direction is possible in dead-man mode. A triggered pull-in safety device is acknow-
ledged in the CLOSE limit position. In order to achieve Category 2 according to EN 13849-1, testing
is necessary using a switching output and the "External testing" function.

Pull-in safety device
OPEN and CLOSE
If the pull-in safety device signals during travel, the error code E.342 appears and the door is
stopped. Travel in dead-man mode is possible. A triggered pull-in safety device is acknowledged in
the CLOSE limit position. In order to achieve Category 2 according to EN 13849-1, testing is neces-
sary using a switching output and the "External testing" function.
