Cleaning Maintenance
BEMER products, when used correctly, are maintenance-free.
Nevertheless, check your device condition regularly.
>> Repair work may only be carried out by the manufacturer or by
an authorized specialist, otherwise the guarantee is no longer valid.
>> Before you send a BEMER product for repair to the manufacturer
or to one of their authorized specialists, make sure to first carry out
a generalized error troubleshooting check.
>> For simplified processing of repairs or to rule out an error, contact
the corresponding service address.
Use the original packaging for safer delivery.

>> Disconnect the power supply from the mains
power supply.
>> Clean the BEMER devices and its components with
a dampened, non-abrasive cloth. Use only mild,
non-abrasive, commercially available cleaning
detergent (dishwashing liquid), according to the
manufacturers instructions.
>> All BEMER devices and all related components are
neither waterproof nor rain-proof! Do not allow
moisture to penetrate into the device!
>> Do not use any abrasive cleaners, alkaline solutions
or alcohol-based cleaners!
>> Do not use any sharp edged or pointed objects.
