Guarantee and liability claims for personal and property
damage are excluded, should they result from one or more
of the following reasons:
>> Unintentional or negligent use of BEMER products.
>> Improper use, operation and maintenance of BEMER products.
>> Noncompliance with the guidelines / warnings found
in the operating instructions.
>> Unauthorized, structural changes on BEMER products.
>> Noncompliance with the operating instructions.
>> Improperly handled repairs and the use of parts,
replacement parts or accessories not recommended
by the manufacturer.
>> Disaster and force majeure.
