FRONT WHEEL - REASSEMBLY

• Position the odometer transmission (4) on the r.h. side

of the wheel by fitting the tang in the seat on the wheel

hub (see figure).

• Position Ihe wheel between the two sheaths of the fork.

• Insert the wheel pivot from the l.h. side.

• Insert the spacer between the left sheath and the wheel.

• Tighten the wheel pivot (3).

• Refit the brake caliper taking care not to damage the pads

and the brake pipes. Tighten the two fixing screws (1) of the

left sheath to the prescribed torque.

• Remove the support under the sprag.

• Actuate the front brake lever, repeatedly press down on

the handlebar to sink the fork and to allow for the wheel

bedding.

ROUE AVANT - REMONTAGE

• Positionner le renvoi du compteur kilométrique (4)

du côté droit de la roue introduisant la languette du

renvoi dans son logement sur le moyeu de la roue (voir

figure).

• Positionner la roue entre les deux fourreaux de la fourche.

• Introduire du côté gauche l'axe de la roue.

• Introduire l'entretoise entre le fourreau gauche et la roue.

• Serrer l'écrou de la roue (3).

• Remonter l'etrier de frein sans endommager les plaquet-

tes et la durite du frein et bloquer les deux vis (1) de fixation

au fourreau gauche en respectant les couples de serrage.

• Ôter le support au-dessous du sabot.

• En actionnant le levier du frein avant exercer plusieurs

fois une pression sur le guidon pour enfoncer la fourche

et permettre donc l'alignement de la roue.
