Reverse polarity protection, part no. 65601
In BERCHTOLD plant, a reverse polarity protection
module (part no. 65602) with fixation D 650plus, D 650
is installed on every ceiling tube. If welded central col-
umns are used, the module is installed on the flange. A
green LED on the reverse polarity protection module
indicates the correct polarity, the presence of voltage as
well as the functioning of the reverse polarity protection
module.
All models with BERCHTOLD wall box have the re-
verse polarity protection module inside the wall box,
where it is preconnected to the electronics.
1input terminal: input voltage
24 – 27 V D.C.
2 - (negative) input (black cable)
3 + (positive) input (red cable)
4output terminal: output voltage
24 – 27 V D.C.
5 - negative) to light body (black cable)
6 + (positive) to light body (red cable)
7 indication LED V3
green indication = polarity o.k.
red indication = wrong polarity or A.C.
no indication = no voltage connected
