2. ERROR CODES
A) Error Codes are designated by the number of flashes. To reset, push the stop button.
The codes are as follows:

1 High temp detected on Main Board Replace Control Board (4875-00046)
2 Over current detected in Main Board DC Motor shorted or Control Board failure:
Replace both Control Board (4875-00046) and
DC Motor (4175-00718)
3 Knife Motor over temp Check for bad Knife Motor (4175-00686)
4 Invalid Hall Effect Replace DC Motor (4175-00718)
5 Invalid Hall Effect transition Replace DC Motor (4175-00718)
6 Encoder input not active Replace DC Motor (4175-00718)
7 Unable to find home Bad Hall Effect switch on Carriage (2675-00920),
or Bad Plate Flex Cable (4175-00714), or
No Magnet in base
8 Carriage moving to fast/slow Check J9 Cable (4175-00716), or check Plate Flex
Cable, or clean Round Rail
9 Clutch disengaged while running Re-engage auto or adjust Auto Clutch Pin
10 Slide Bar Guide Switch not engaged Check or adjust Slide Bar Guide Switch
