Mounting Structure: I-Beam (cont.)
2. Attach upper yoke (to I-beam)
Secure the upper yoke to the I-beam with the Beam Clip Hardware as shown.
Note: Spacers are only used if the beam ange exceeds 3/8” (1 cm).
Tighten the bolts to 40 ft·lb (54.2 N·m) using a torque wrench and 3/4” socket.
Upper Yoke Hardware (BAF-Supplied):
a. (4) 1/2-13 x 2” GR 8 Bolt
b. (8) 1/2’’ Flat Washer
c. (4) 1/2-13 Nylock Nut
d. (2) Beam Clip
e. (2) Spacer
