  A lack of powder spray and low cleaning efficiency with your BIOCLEAR Sander can occur for several reasons. The center hole of the powder stirring cap might be clogged; clean it according to the manual. There could be powder clogging within the channels, so clean the head and chamber unit. Ensure the powder stirring cap is properly attached. Also, check that the coupling pressure is set between 0.25 and 0.4 MPa. Finally, the control system of the dental unit may not be working; check it using another handpiece or three-way syringe.

Finally, ensure powder doesn't adhere to the sealing surface of the powder seal or powder cap; fill the powder into the powder cap properly.
