CLEANING
• NEVER Spray Water or Other Liquid Substances directly at Motor, Power Switch or any Other Electrical
Components.
• ALWAYS Thoroughly Clean Equipment at Least Daily.
ROTATING DRUM AND PADDLE
TO AVOID SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY
• ALWAYS Turn O, Unplug From Power Source and Perform Lockout/Tagout Procedure to This
Machine BEFORE Cleaning, Servicing or Any Other Reason.
• ONLY Use Recommended Cleaning Equipment, Materials and Procedures.
• NEVER Use a High Pressure Sprayer During Cleaning.
• ONLY Use Lukewarm Water and Some Neutral Detergent.
A. CLEANING THE F1000N
2. Parts to be removed have been made accessible and can be removed without tools.
3. Wash removed parts with a soft cloth, and warm soapy water, rinse with clean warm water.
4. While washing, inspect parts for damage or wear. Replace as necessary.
5. Dry cleaned and inspected parts with soft and dry cloths.
6. Wash machine body with a soft cloth, and warm soapy water, rinse with clean warm water.
1. Turn o and disconnect from power source. Perform lockout/tagout procedures before cleaning.
7. Do NOT spray water or other liquid substances directly at Motor, Power Switches or other Electrical parts.
8. While washing, inspect for damage or wear.
a. While holding the Hopper, turn counterclockwise and Lift Hopper and Cover o of machine.
b. Turn Paddle counterclockwise to release from drive shaft. Lift Paddle o of Paddle Drive Shaft.
d. Raise Drum Cover, turn Locking Cap and pull Drum o of Drum Drive Shaft.
e. Loosen Cleaner Arm Lock Assembly, remove Wire Cleaner Arm from Osscillating Support.
c. Lift end of Conveyor Arm near the Small Roller, Loosening the Conveyor belt. Slide out of machine.
f. Raise Paper Pusher Assembly locking it into Release Lever. Press Locking Pin and slide o of the machine.
9. Dry cleaned and inspected machine body with soft and dry cloths.
10. Reassemble machine for use. Leave unplugged until trained operator is ready to use machine.
