HOPPER PINS: Hopper pins internal to the hopper assist with the lling of the drum mold. It is important to check
the pins to ensure they are fastened tight to the hopper wall, and remain straight. The Paddle must always clear
the hopper pins. Replace if neccesary.
SWITCHES: The F1000N has three switches, a Main Power Switch, a Green Start Button, and a Red Stop Button.
These switches should be inspected and replaced if neccesary.

CONVEYOR SYSTEM: The conveyor system, whether the short or long assembly, is made up of numerous
pieces, some of which are wearable. Order and replace neccesary parts when you rst notice an issue with them.
DRUM: The drums have wearable parts within them. Some of which are common within each. Order and replace
neccesary parts when you rst notice an issue with them.
