INSTALLATION
TO AVOID SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY
PROPERLY INSTALL EQUIPMENT IN ADEQUATE WORK AREA
ALWAYS Use Qualied Technician and Electrician for Installation.
ALWAYS Install Equipment in Work area with Adequate Light and Space.
1. Read this Manual thoroughly before installation and operation. Do not proceed with installation and operation if
you have any questions or do not understand anything in this Manual. Contact your local Distributor, or BIRO rst.
2. Upon receipt of the machine, check packaging for damage. Be sure to remove all contents prior to disposal
of packaging. Remove the top and sides of packaging. Cut banding and remove rubber bands.
DO NOT Attempt to Operate This Machine Until it has Been Inspected and Demonstrated by the Seller -
Recognized BIRO Representative.
ALWAYS Read Operating and Parts Manual BEFORE Installation.
UNCRATING AND SETUP
3. It is recommended to use 3 people to lift the Former o of the pallet. Never use the cleaner arm or conveyor
support arm as a lifting handle. The machine has 3 rubber feet that support it. Install machine on a level, non-skid
surface in a well-lighted area away from children and visitors. Note: Machine without installed accessories weighs
approximately 125 pounds.
ALWAYS Connect to Proper Voltage and Phase. When connected to a GFCI protected circuit, the GFCI
must be rated at 20 Amps otherwise nuisance tripping could occur.
