Replacing the oil filter
Close the maintenance valve in the oil injection line
(9).
Close the ECO valve.
Lock suction gas line and discharge gas line.
Depressurize the compressor.
Separately depressurize the oil filter chamber (2)! To
do so, drain oil and refrigerant from the oil filter
chamber (2) through the pressure blow-off valve (7).
Drain oil through the oil drain (8).
Loosen the four screws (4) on the flange (3) of the
maintenance connection for the oil filter. Pull the
flange upward by 15 mm and turn it 20° clockwise.
Remove the entire unit upwards. Remove oil filter
(1).
Clean the oil filter chamber.
Replace flat gasket (5) and O-rings (6) and insert a
new oil filter (1). Position the flat gasket in the hous-
ing according to the alignment pin (9).
Fix the entire unit in the three grooves (10), turn it
20° counterclockwise and press it down, while fixing
the alignment pin (9) in the hole provided for it on the
lower side of the flange.
Insert the four screws (4) into the flange (3) and
tighten them crosswise (80 Nm).
