When your device is connected to a car kit using Bluetooth technology, Google Voice Search
responds to your request
using audio through your car speakers. If Google Voice Search
can't find a response for your request, it displays search
results on your device.
1. From your car kit, search your contacts for #VoiceSearch.
2. From your car kit, call #VoiceSearch.
3. Say your question or other request.
Set which accounts Bluetooth enabled devices can access
You can allow Bluetooth enabled devices that support the Message Access Profile (MAP) to access text messages (SMS
and MMS) and email messages for accounts that are set up on your BlackBerry device. Examples of Bluetooth enabled
devices that support MAP include some car kits and some watches.
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two
fingers, or twice using one finger.
2.
Tap > Bluetooth.
3. If necessary, turn on the switch.
4.
Tap > Advanced.
5. To allow access to your messages, turn on the switch for a messaging account.
Change the name of your device for Bluetooth connections
Your device has a default Bluetooth name. This name is visible to other Bluetooth enabled devices when you turn on
Bluetooth technology on your device and when you are connected to a Bluetooth enabled device. You can change the
default name to a dierent name that is more recognizable.
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger.
2.
Tap > Bluetooth.
3. If necessary, turn on the switch.
4.
Tap > Rename this device.
5. Enter a new name for your device.
6. Tap Rename.
Change setup of a paired Bluetooth enabled device
Some Bluetooth enabled devices support more than one Bluetooth feature. You can turn a feature on or o for a paired
Bluetooth enabled device. You can also change the name of a paired device as it appears on your device.
1. Swipe down from the top of the screen once using two fingers, or twice using one finger.

Tap > Bluetooth.
