Setting the clock
In the CLOCK setup menu, you can activate / deactivate summer time, set the
time format (12/24 hour), and set the time zone in relation to the standard time
(GMT). These settings are necessary so that the TravelPilot can calculate the
system time from the received GPS time. In addition, you can activate / deacti-
vate the status clock (when the status clock is active, the time is displayed in the
status line of the currently active audio source), and turn the main clock on / off
(time display when the unit is switched off and the ignition is turned on).
Switching the status clock on/off
1 Select the CLOCK menu item in the setup menu.
2 Highlight STATUS CLOCK.
3 Keep pressing the OK button 8 until the required ON or OFF setting is
displayed.
Note: The status clock hides other symbols in the main menus of
the audio sources.
Switching the main clock on/off
1 Select the CLOCK menu item in the setup menu.
2 Select MAIN CLOCK.
3 Keep pressing the OK button 8 until the required ON or OFF setting is
displayed.
Selecting the time format
1 Select the CLOCK menu item in the setup menu.
2 Select SETTINGS.
3 Select the TIME FORMA menu item.
4 Keep pressing the OK button 8 until the required 12H or 24H setting is
displayed.
