Setup – basic settings
Setup mode allows you to adjust the TravelPilot’s basic functions to suit your
needs.
You can change the following device functions:
• DISPLAY - Change the display characteristics
• VOLUME - Setting the default volume levels
• MACRO BUTTON - Programming the macro button
• CLOCK - Setting the system time and switching the main clock and status
clock on / off
• LANGUAGE - Loading the language
• INSTALL - Testing and calibration menu
• CODE-LED ON/OFF - Setting the code LED to flash when the unit is tur-
ned off
• DEFAULT SET. - Activating the factory default settings
• FM-SEEK BEST/SENS - Setting the seek tuning sensitivity
• KEYCARD - preparing a new KeyCard
Activating the setup menu
If you are in a main menu or a functions menu,
1 press the MENU button : twice.
✔ The unit switches to the setup menu.
If the setup menu of an audio source or navi menu is already active,
1 press the MENU button : once.
✔ The unit switches to the setup menu.
To change settings and access menu items,
1 use the
/ buttons 7 to move the selection bar.
2 Press the OK button 8.
