Deleting recordings
You can delete individual files that are
stored on an MMC/SD.
➮ Listen to the track that you want to
delete from the MMC/SD.
➮ Press the OK button ;.
“YES DELETE” appears in the display
for two seconds.
➮ Press the OK button ; during
these two seconds.
➮ Repeat this procedure with all the
tracks that you want to delete.
Formatting MMCs/SDs
You can format an MMC/SD in the de-
vice. All the data that are stored on it
are deleted in the process.
Note:
● You should format the MMC/SD in
the device to ensure card compati-
bility with the device.
The card can only be formatted in AUX,
DAB and FM mode.
➮ Switch to FM radio mode. For fur-
ther details, read the chapter enti-
tled “Radio mode”.
➮ Press the MENU button 8.
➮ Press the / buttons : to se-
lect “MMC FORMAT”.
➮ Press the or button :.
“YES FORMAT” appears in the display.
➮ Press the OK button ; to format
the card.
Setting the display
There are various options available for
displaying the name of the artist, track,
directory and file.
➮ Repeatedly press the / DIS but-
ton 7 for longer than two seconds
until the required display appears.
Programming favourite tracks
for an MMC/SD
Using the TPM function (Track Program
Memory), you can program and play
your favourite tracks for a particular
MMC/SD. Programming is carried out
in the same way as described in “Pro-
gramming your favourite tracks for an
MP3-CD” in the “MP3 mode” chapter.
