Connoisseur Overview

3.1BLENDERMOTOR
• Blender Base Housing: Houses the power unit in a surgical stainless steel casing.
Never remove the blender base cover. Removal of the cover will void the war-
ranty.
• Touch Pad: Consists of nine buttons that contain pre-programmed settings for
selective blender control, a pulse button, and two speed control buttons.
• LCD Information Center: will indicate status of unit as well as overload or over-
temperature conditions.
• Power Unit: This unit is located within the blender motor and contains the machin-
ery that runs the blender.
• Power Switch: Located on the front panel underneath the LCD display.
3.2BLENDERJARASSEMBLY
The blender jar assembly consists of the blender jar, blade assembly, and lid.
• Jar: Made from polycarbonate to provide maximum efciency and clear
visibility of blender performance.
• Blade Assembly: Stainless steel designed to provide fast consistent blending
3.3POWERSPECIFICATIONS
The Connoisseur is made for 110/120 volts circuits only. It is rated at
13 amps/1500 watts. It is highly recommended that this unit be protected by a
15 amp circuit breaker or fuse.









