Symptom #4 --- Computer error code MOTOR - SPEED - ERROR
D
Belt speed needs calibration.
D
V oltage from Bodine controller to DAC not pres-
ent. The DAC (Digital Analog Control) is a non-re-
pairable component of the computer. There
should be approximately 20 VDC betw een the
red and green wires on the 3 pin connection of
the DC drive board.
D
DAC voltage is present but not regulated be-
tween 4.7 and .47 VDC when different times are
programmed into the cooking computer. Mea-
sure the voltage between the green and blue
wires of the 3 pin connection.
D
See Calibration and Adjustments (page 4---12).
D
Replace the drive motor controller.
D
Replace the computer.
