What to do if the Blue Clean Pressure Washer won't turn on?
    • E
      Elizabeth JonesJul 31, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer doesn't turn on, first ensure the electrical outlet is properly grounded; try another outlet. Next, press the reset button on the GFCI power box. If a red color isn't visible in the GFCI window, unplug and plug it in again. If the color is red, turn the power switch on, squeeze the spray gun trigger, and try again. If problems persist, use another outlet and repeat the procedure.

How to connect the high pressure (HP) hose to the spray gun of Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • B
      Brian MackAug 5, 2025
If the high-pressure hose won't connect to the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer, the rubber sleeve covering the fitting at the end of the hose may have slipped up. Wiggle, twist, and pull the rubber sleeve down until the entire tip is visible, plus an 1/8” of the metal fitting below the tip. Then, insert the hose tip into the spray gun until it 'clicks' into place. It will remain secure until released by pushing the lever on the underside of the gun. If necessary, carefully cut away the end of the sleeve with a sharp knife, being cautious not to damage the hose.

Why does my Blue Clean Speedy Wash turn on for 2 seconds then shut off?
    • I
      ileeAug 9, 2025
Your Blue Clean Pressure Washer is likely working as expected. When the water is connected, accessories are properly assembled, and the power switch is on, the unit may turn on briefly (1-2 seconds) to prime the pump. It then shuts off automatically, waiting for the spray gun trigger to be pressed. Pressing the trigger starts water flow through the pump, and a sensor detects this movement, automatically turning the power washer back on. Alternatively, turn the power switch off while keeping the garden hose connected and/or holding the spray gun trigger to ensure a steady water stream.

What to do if I can’t remove the lance from the spray gun of my Blue Clean Pressure Washer?
    • B
      Brandy LangAug 15, 2025
To remove the lance from the spray gun of your Blue Clean Pressure Washer: insert the quick-release end of the lance into the spray gun, press them together slightly (about 1/8 inch), and turn counterclockwise. The lance should then slide out. Alternatively, hold the spray gun and lance upright with the nozzle end on the floor, push the assembly straight down to loosen the connection, and then repeat the removal process. You might also try spraying soapy water or a lubricant where the lance connects to the spray gun.

If water is leaking from the high-pressure hose connection on your Blue Clean pressure washer, check for an o-ring at the end of the metal tip of the high-pressure hose. If no o-ring is present, ensure that you install one.

      Sarah SpearsAug 26, 2025
If your Blue Clean Pressure Washer is running but no water is flowing, first check the water source. Then, unclog the nozzle on the lance, referring to the nozzle cleaning instructions. Alternatively, remove the lance and spray directly from the spray gun.
