Disposal of old appliance
Electrical devices marked with this label
may not be disposed of in domestic
waste at the end of their service
life. They must be disposed of at a
collection point for the recycling of old
electrical or electronic devices. You
can find information from your city or
district council.
Many electrical and electronic devices still contain
valuable materials. But they also contain damaging
materials which were necessary for them to function
properly and safely. These can damage human health or
the environment if disposed of improperly or incorrectly
handled.
Never put your old appliance in domestic waste.
