13 Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself.
Read the troubleshooting information before contacting
after-sales service. This will avoid unnecessary costs.

13.1 Malfunctions
Fault Cause and troubleshooting
The appliance is not
working.
The circuit breaker is faulty.
▶
Check the circuit breaker in the fuse box.
There has been a power cut.
▶
Check whether the lighting in your kitchen or other appliances are working.
The mains plug of the power cord is not plugged in.
▶
Connect the appliance to the power supply.
Appliance is switched
on but controls not
responding; ap-
pears on the display.
Childproof lock is activated.

Press and hold the button until goes out on the display.
Cooking compart-

Demo mode is activated.

Briefly disconnect the appliance from the power supply by switching off the circuit
breaker in the fuse box, waiting for approx. 10seconds and then switching it back on
again.
2.
Go to the basic settings and deactivate Demo mode within the next 3minutes.

A message with "D"
or "E" appears in the
display, e.g. D0111
or E0111.
Malfunction
1.
Switch the appliance off and on again.
a If the fault was a one-off, the message disappears.

If the message appears again, call the after-sales service. Please specify the exact error
message when calling.
Appliance will not
start.
Appliance door not fully closed.
