Attaching Loose Parts
STORING THE 5MM HEX KEY
There is a storage location on the saw to store the
5
mm hex key. Insert the short leg of the hex key
through the rubber grommet as shown. Rotate
long leg under hook (see Fig. 1).
NOTE: The 5mm hex key is needed to change the
blade and to make tool adjustments.
ATTACHING THE TOP CARRYING HANDLE
Attach the top carrying handle as shown and
securely tighten the screws with the included 5mm
hex key (Fig. 1a).
Inserting and Releasing Battery
Pack
Slide charged battery pack into the battery bay
until the battery pack locks into position (Fig. 2).
Your tool is equipped with a secondary locking
latch to prevent the battery pack from completely
falling out of the battery bay, should it become
loose due to vibration.
To remove the battery pack, press the battery pack
release button and slide the battery pack
completely out of the battery bay (Fig. 2).
