5. Repeat this procedure on opposite
side.
Step 7. Attach Linkage Bars
1. Align hole in upper linkage bar D with
hole in top tube bar F as shown in
figure 7.
2. Place one (1) flat washer L onto one
(1) hex head bolt K.
3. Insert bolt K through linkage bar D
and place small spacer R on bolt
between top tube bar F and linkage
bar D.
4. Insert bolt through top tube bar F,
place one (1) flat washer. Using two
13mm wrenches tighten with one (1)
lock nut M until all the parts cannot
move freely. Then loosen the nut by
1/8 to 1/4 turn. Note: Do not over-
tighten lock nut –these parts need to
freely rotate for stand to operate
properly.
5. Repeat this procedure on opposite
side.
