DANGER
Hanging load falls down!
Danger to life, risk of injury or damage to equipment, in hanging load applications!
▶ Charge pressure at motors connection must be according to recommended
pressure under all conditions, see data sheet RE 15302 , chapter Recommended
charge pressure.
▶ Changes to the factory settings must only be made by Bosch Rexroth specialist
personnel.
15.1.1 Hydraulic uids
The hydraulic CB motor is primarily designed for operation with hydraulic uids
according to ISO 11158 HM.

quick reference for detailed information on hydraulic uids and specic additional
demands.
Filtration of the hydraulic fluid
A contamination level of at most 18/16/13 according to ISO 4406 is required.
The less contamined the uid, the longer the service life of the hydraulic motor.
Details regarding the selection of hydraulic fluid
The hydraulic uid should be selected such that the operating viscosity in the
temperature range, as measured in the motor housing, is within optimum operation
range according to chapter Hydraulic uids in data sheet RE 15302.
