5.1.3 Set the loudspeaker parameters (SPEAKER EQ)
The amplifier’s SPEAKER EQ enables the output audio to be optimized to suit particular types
of speakers (e.g. subwoofers) or particular environments, allowing some optimization for
voice/speech by reducing the low frequency feedback.

– HP1 is optimized for speech and voice announcements as a way to reduce low frequency
feedback and microphone handling noise.
– HP2 is useful for use with Mid‑High loudspeakers in 2‑way speaker systems that contain
subwoofers or to further reduce low frequency content from the loudspeakers.
– LP is useful when connected to subwoofers and can be used in combination with HP2.
– FLAT is designed for full range operation and contains a 30Hz 24dB/Oct high‑pass filter
for both 4Ω and 8Ω operation or the 50Hz 24dB/Oct high pass filter when used in
70/100V operation.
